Qualifications

• This position requires at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Must possess budgeting, negotiating, and regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Working knowledge of environmental services functions, chemicals, and floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directs environmental services staff with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Manages budget, materials, equipment, and vendor contracts.
• Sets goals, priorities, and processes for the department.
• Schedules work and develops staff through training.
• Fosters strong internal partnerships with leaders and clinicians.
• Leads improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and safety.
• Oversees campus facilities and responds to safety concerns.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborates on change management and program implementation.
