Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Environmental Services Training Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver training to frontline housekeeping associates at a local hospital.

The role includes developing account-specific training outlines, delivering new-hire and management-trainee training, and producing monthly activity reports for leadership and unit resources. Strong MS Office skills and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or high service related field required
• Training experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office including but not limited to Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver all new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels
• Customize training documentation forms as required
• Prepare a detailed outline of account-specific training programs for the Environmental Services department
• Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics
• Liaison with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff and unit resources
