Allegheny Health Network is seeking a dedicated environmental services worker to perform standardized cleaning in patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas, following established procedures to maintain a sanitary and safe hospital environment.

Responsibilities include high-dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, waste removal, floor care, stocking supplies, and equipment handling. You will also follow HIPAA and company policies, participate in training, and support ongoing facility programs.

Qualifications

• FIT testing may be required, but provided upon hire as needed.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic reading, writing and effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate power equipment.

Responsabilités

• Follow proper cleaning procedures in all assigned areas. Use chemicals safely and follow posted directions.
• Perform trash/soiled linen pickup, stocking supplies, maintaining par stock, and related tasks.
• Return equipment to proper locations after cleaning; tag and remove broken or unsafe equipment; keep storage areas orderly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA/privacy policies; participate in training and quality programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain cleanliness and facility standards.
