Advocate Health is hiring for Environmental Services staff in Park Ridge, IL. This full-time role offers a 3:PM to 11:30 PM schedule with a 40-hour workweek and pay range $18.85–$28.30 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, offices, restrooms, and other hospital areas, operating equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the facility. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in environmental services preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas using department-approved solutions.
• Operate department equipment according to procedures.
• Use chemicals following department policy.
• Maintain orderly, clean, and safe work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service using AIDET with internal and external customers.
• Identify and resolve interpersonal conflicts professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Prepare detergents and germicidal solutions per formulas and schedules.
• Move furniture and equipment for cleaning or rearrangement.
• Collect trash and sanitize waste containers.
• Follow universal precautions and infection control policies.
