Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Environmental Services teammate at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. This 20-hour-per-week role runs 7:00am to 3:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, focusing on cleaning and sanitizing patient areas to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

You will operate cleaning equipment, follow infection-control policies, and collaborate with staff to meet department standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Able to operate small electrical equipment

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect assigned area(s) by washing walls, doors, door frames, ceilings, patient televisions, windows, furniture, tile, fixtures, appliances, floors and equipment using approved cleaning solutions.
• Operate cleaning equipment per department procedures.
• Follow safety regulations and infection control policies. Maintain orderly and safe work areas and assist with waste collection and linen handling.
• Provide courteous service to patients, families and staff and support a positive department image.
