Job summary

Allina Health is hiring a Supervisor Environmental Services to lead a team in a large hospital system. You will manage planning and logistics for a department serving 220–700 beds with a $1.5M labor budget and substantial linen handling responsibilities.

You will oversee scheduling, EPIC workflow coordination, and department-wide improvement initiatives while partnering with infection prevention and hospital leadership to meet safety and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• 3+ years supervising staff, preferably in healthcare.
• Must be 18 years or older as stated in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of 30 direct reports across shifts.
• Optimizes scheduling and adjusts shifts as needed.
• Manages EPIC workflows for smooth transitions.
• Drives process improvement and cost controls.
• Leads product/equipment evaluations to meet needs.
