Allina Health is seeking an Environmental Services leader to oversee operations for facilities in Minnesota, coordinating a team and ensuring service quality. This role requires managing a 1.5-million-dollar labor budget and handling substantial linen logistics, with day shifts and every 3rd weekend.

You will supervise about 30 staff, optimize scheduling, and coordinate EPIC workflows with nursing leadership to support hospital strategies.

Competenze

• Must have 2+ years of housekeeping experience.
• 3+ years of supervising staff, preferably in a health care setting.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and labor costs.
• Experience with EPIC workflows.
• Excellent scheduling and team coordination skills.
