Qualifications

• Education: two-year degree or five years of leadership experience; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Experience supervising managers and a staff of 30+.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hospital personnel and leadership.
• Analytical skills to support departmental decisions and reporting.
