Oregon Health & Science University is seeking an Environmental Service Supervisor to lead EVS staff in a busy hospital environment. You will supervise, schedule, train, and develop staff to meet patient and visitor needs while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement of environmental services. A strong focus on patient experience and staff engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5 years of lead or supervisory experience; OR 2 years with an Associate’s degree; OR 1 year with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, or Custodial Services.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise EVS staff and develop schedules to meet patient care needs.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and department goals.
• Coordinate with nursing and support services to maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
