The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, adherence to policies, and continuous improvement of environmental services. A strong focus on patient experience and staff engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5 years of lead or supervisory experience; OR 2 years with an Associate’s degree; OR 1 year with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, or Custodial Services.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS staff and develop schedules to meet patient care needs.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and department goals.
• Coordinate with nursing and support services to maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
