Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of EVS staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness across hospital, clinic, and administrative areas.
• Leads interviews, onboarding, and training for EVS employees.
• Manages employee performance, including coaching, documentation, evaluations, and improvement plans.
