Qualifications

• Four years of experience in hospital, institutional housekeeping or custodial work.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising multiple work units or crews preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office for reporting, scheduling, and data tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Hospital EVS staff to ensure cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Leads interviews, onboarding, and training for EVS employees.
• Manages performance, including coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinates with hospital units to meet cleaning service needs.
• Schedules and assigns daily work for EVS crews.
• Inspects cleanliness and safety standards; addresses concerns.
