Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Assistant Director of Environmental Services in Beaumont, Texas. You will assist the Director in directing and leading the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department and coordinate tasks of the Operations Managers.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, responsive housekeeping services in a hospital setting. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, knowledge of housekeeping procedures, strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures preferred.
• Demonstrated progressive growth in healthcare housekeeping facility maintenance.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets with understanding of facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of responsibility, and duties.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of facility housekeeping personnel.
• Orients, trains, develops and supervises all Housekeeping staff.
• Performs regular inspections and coordinates with other departments; assists with relocations.
• Assists Department Director with budgets and major project planning.
