Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance in a complex institutional environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Supervise technical staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Support budget planning and monitor departmental performance.
