Qualifications

• Experience working in an inpatient healthcare facility highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering personnel performing repairs and maintenance.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and sets work schedules.
• Direct training and supervision of trades positions.
• Maintain inventory of parts crucial to operations.
• Participate in hiring and performance appraisals of staff.
