MaineHealth is seeking an Emergency Management and Safety Manager to develop and enforce emergency management policies across our Memorial Hospital locations. The role will coordinate planning, training and program enforcement to CMS, TJC, OSHA, EPA and other requirements and will serve as HICS Safety Officer.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with OSHA/NIMS certifications preferred. CSP certification is a plus and healthcare experience is valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of directly related experience required.
• Bachelors of Science degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 hour General Industry and 30 hour Construction Safety training preferred.
• ICS/NIMS Courses 100, 200, 700 required; 800, 300, 400 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, organize, plan, coordinate and enforce emergency management policies across locations.
• Act as Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) Safety Officer and ensure regulatory compliance.
