Job summary

Universal Health Services Education Coordinator role, in-office 8:00AM-4:30PM, located with WCBO. You will oversee daily educational programs, ensure curriculum standards and compliance, and coordinate new hire orientation to support student success and staff development.

You will work as a liaison among administration, staff and students, driving program effectiveness, training deployment, and continuous process improvement with hands-on and virtual formats.

Qualifications

• Develop, maintain and implement competency-based education programs for WCBO departments.
• Create new hire access requests using the eACR system and maintain knowledge of standards and processes.
• Develop and conduct new hire orientation.
• Ability to train employees in a hands-on and/or virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of educational programs and ensure curriculum standards and compliance.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Support system rollouts through training and implementation support.
• Foster employee engagement through team-building initiatives.
