Wilson Health in Sidney, OH is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Education Services to optimize learning, onboarding, and student experiences. This role partners with education partners, HR, and leaders to drive workforce development and educational initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment, delivering seamless support for employees, students, and community

Qualifications

• Three+ years in administrative coordination, education services, or related healthcare fields.
• Experience with LMS, HRIS, and compliance systems is preferred.
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills and data reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Education Services technology platforms (HealthStream, RQI, LMS).
• Manage learning records, competency tracking, certifications, compliance reporting.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to support regulatory compliance and learning.
• Coordinate student programs, onboarding, and partnerships with schools and HR Talent Acquisition.
• Serve as ambassador for Wilson Health, ensuring professional experiences for employees and students.
