Job summary

Dasco HME LLC is seeking a Hospital Liaison to coordinate DME delivery and discharge planning for hospital patients. You will work with hospital staff to verify benefits, arrange equipment delivery, and educate patients and families on device use and care.

Role requires strong communication, empathy, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Travel between hospital and office may be required; full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months’ healthcare/insurance/DME customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends discharge planning meetings and relays patient needs to DASCO staff.
• Reviews discharge with patient/family/caregiver and identifies additional needs.
• Delivers equipment to patient rooms and educates on use and care.
• Maintains knowledge of DASCO products and services.
• Manages consignment accounts and paperwork efficiently.
• Supports branch operations and ensures HIPAA/compliance.
