Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking a Hospital Liaison to support hospital discharge processes for DME equipment. The role involves coordinating equipment delivery to patients and educating families on device use and care, while maintaining accuracy in paperwork.

The position requires strong communication, empathy, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Some travel between hospital and branch locations is possible, with standard weekday hours in a hospital/office setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily discharge planning meetings and record patient needs.
• Meet with patient/family to review discharge and equipment needs.
• Deliver equipment to patient rooms and educate on use and maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of DASCO products and services.
• Manage consignment accounts and related paperwork.
• Support branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
