Job summary

Vitalant hospital distribution team is seeking a dedicated Hospital Distribution Technician in Mather, CA. You will receive, package, and ship blood products to local hospitals, performing inspections and maintaining accurate service records.

This role ensures timely delivery in a safety-conscious environment, with a strong emphasis on customer communication and compliance with storage requirements and vehicle procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and ship routing, ASAP and STAT orders.
• Conduct visual inspection of each product before shipment.
• Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment and product availability.
