Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Hospital Distribution Technician for the 3pm shift in Mather, CA. You will manage blood product inventory, package and ship orders to local hospitals, and maintain accurate service records. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid in-state driver's license, and at least six months of customer service experience.

Ability to lift 40 lbs is needed. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401K

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and ship routing, ASAP and STAT orders of blood and blood products, ensuring order accuracy.
• Deliver products to Vitalant customers in a company vehicle.
• Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment, turnaround times, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate hospital service records and process fees.
• Monitor storage requirements, service equipment, and vehicle work areas.
