Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch personnel to problem locations and reconcile conflicting assignments.
• Answer trouble calls courteously and identify department at all times.
• Route work requests to appropriate department for immediate resolution.
• Dispatch personnel via two-way radio and confirm status at shift end.
• Monitor building control and security systems to support timely responses.
• Maintain and update dispatch logs and key control records.
