Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatches personnel to the appropriate location and resolves conflicting assignments to ensure timely responses to trouble calls.
• Answers trouble calls in a courteous manner, identifying self and department at all times.
• Routes routine and emergency work requests to the correct department for immediate resolution.
• Dispatches personnel via two-way radio in response to internal requests.
• Contacts call originator to confirm status of work requests when appropriate.
• Monitors building control systems and activates response plans (Code Red/Green/Pink) as required.
• Maintains and updates dispatch logs and call documentation for all incidents.
• Coordinates access control and room keys, ensuring authorized personnel have access as needed.
