Job summary

You will monitor alarms and building systems, assign work orders, document activities, help with directions and escorts, and support a safe, patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months of relevant experience.
• Experience in a hospital or dispatch setting is preferred.
• Telecommunications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives, triages, distributes and manages facility requests via phone, web or work management software under supervision.
• Communicates with Supervisor, customers and trades to ensure timely, cost-effective maintenance and service.
• Completes required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Monitors fire alarms and building systems; responds to emergency calls and triages effectively.
• Assigns work orders and tracks status to meet departmental productivity metrics.
• Assists with directions, escorts and customer assistance while maintaining courtesy and safety.
