Responsibilities

• Manage hospital communications via telephone switchboard, pagers, public address systems and internal radio.
• Route calls to proper extensions and respond to emergency procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms (including medical gas alarms) for Mission Hospital and identified off-site facilities.
• Provide work orders for maintenance and access requests; support quick access restriction services.
