Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with patients, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure guides.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; perform basic math for measurements and billing-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with equipment, disposables, and paperwork.
• Make rounds to contact case managers at facilities for discharge equipment needs.
• Communicate with centers about O2 discharges and home setup scheduling.
• Understand and explain coverage criteria to case managers and patients.
• Complete setup paperwork daily for delivered equipment; assist with CMNs and chart notes for billing.
