WH Wheeling Hospital Inc. in Wheeling, West Virginia, is seeking a dedicated food service worker to prepare meals, maintain clean work areas, and serve customers in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role follows standardized recipes, portions, and FIFO. You will ensure sanitation, assist with setup, and greet guests, while addressing issues professionally. High school diploma and a current Food Handler card are required.

Formación

• Current Food Handlers card or obtain within 30 days of hire as required by county health regulations.
• PIC training provided through County Health Department or department level guidance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares all work areas for operation, including sanitizing solution handling and maintaining sanitizer strength.
• Set-up area, restock, clean and organize assigned spaces while maintaining cleanliness.
• Produces and maintains attractive, quality food and beverages.
• Follows menu cycle, uses proper portions and FIFO for leftovers.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide courteous service.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate to management as needed.
