Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospital or similar food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule biweekly staffing, vacation planning and holiday coverage.
• Train and cross-train staff, ensure fair work distribution and growth.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across kitchens.

Education

Associate's degree in food management or equivalent; or High School diploma, GED, and 10 years supervisory experience from a hospital/food service environment

Bachelor's degree in food management or equivalent
