Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
• Prepare meals in large quantities and follow menus precisely.
• Follow portion control guidelines and special diet requirements.
• Record food temperatures and assist with serving.
• Assist with cleaning schedules and supervise in the Dietary Supervisor's absence.
• Communicate resident care concerns to the Administrator or Director of Nurses.
