Job summary

Antelope Valley SNF Healthcare, LLC is hiring a cook to manage and operate the kitchen when the Dietary Supervisor is away. You will prepare meals, follow menus, and ensure dietary accuracy for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition.
• Prepare meals in large quantities and follow prepared menus.
• Record food temperatures and ensure accurate portion control.
• Prepare pureed foods and assist with serving meals as needed.
• Supervise in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor and coordinate with other departments.
