Saint Peter's Health System seeks a Desktop Support Technician to deliver expert end-user support across clinical and administrative teams. You will install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software, resolve incidents promptly, and help keep systems secure and up-to-date.

The role requires solid knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, basic networking, and experience with remote desktop tools. You will document issues and collaborate with IT management while pursuing ongoing training to

Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
Basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi.
Experience with Windows and Mac OS installations, configuration and troubleshooting.
Desktop hardware troubleshooting such as CPUs, RAM, drives and peripherals.

Responsabilidades

Provide expert end-user support for staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops; assist with backups and security updates.
Offer remote desktop support and document user requests for trend analysis.
Collaborate with IT management and stay current with technology trends.
