Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our healthcare culinary team. You will oversee a chef-led kitchen, develop creative menus, and drive high-quality patient and staff meals while maintaining safety, sanitation, and service standards.

You will recruit and develop a skilled team, manage costs and forecasting, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited culinary program plus 5+ years as sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
• Languages other than English are a plus; familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and HACCP procedures.
• Legal eligibility to work and willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities
