Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital seeks an Owner’s Representative to oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. You will coordinate with clinical managers, architects, and engineers to advance complex healthcare facilities.

The role requires leading project meetings, managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring documentation compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the minimum qualifications.
• 8 years of project/construction management for commercial/healthcare facilities (> $10M).
• Alternative: High School Diploma + 12 years related experience.
• Knowledge of construction terms and ability to read documents; participate in contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and coordination of construction and renovation projects.
• Chair and represent the Owner at project meetings and advise on economical, efficient outcomes.
• Serve as Project Manager and present status updates on budget and schedule.
• Monitor and direct all pre-construction and construction services.
• Review and recommend payments for services and goods.
• Ensure all documents are prepared on schedule.
• Monitor cost and progress on assigned projects.
• Act as liaison between the project team and Cleveland Clinic departments.
