Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital seeks an experienced Construction Owner’s Representative to oversee and coordinate major construction and renovation projects. The role ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet Cleveland Clinic quality standards.

The position involves representing the Owner across the project lifecycle, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clinical managers, and leading regular project meetings. Flexibility to extend hours is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, Computer Science or related program
• 8 years of experience in Project/Construction Management with projects >$10M OR 12 years with HS diploma
• Knowledge of construction/architectural terms and practices; read construction documents
• Can advise on engineering/design/scope, contracts, budgets, schedules, and change management

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and coordination of construction and renovation projects.
• Chair and represent the Owner at regular project meetings and advise on economical, efficient outcomes.
• Serve as Project Manager for each project and present status updates (budget, schedule, issues).
• Monitor pre-construction and construction services.
• Review and recommend payments for services/goods.
• Ensure documents are prepared as scheduled.
• Monitor cost and progress on projects.
• Act as liaison between project team and Cleveland Clinic departments.
