Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Architect I to manage multiple low- to mid-complexity projects across the enterprise, including renovations and new construction. You will support strategic planning, coordinate design efforts, and guide projects through schedules and budgets with the project team.

A Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or healthcare facilities planning and design is required, along with 2 years of experience and architectural licensure preferred in Ohio or Florida.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or healthcare facilities planning and design.
• 2 years professional experience.
• Registered Architect with license preferred in Ohio or Florida.
• Working knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and FGI Guidelines.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit, Enscape, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design vision and documents for review with internal and external teams.
• Prepare building programs, conceptual and schematic designs, renderings for development.
• Assess space requests with support departments to determine functional needs.
• Create 2D/3D concept visuals to convey ideas and trends.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
