Randstad USA is seeking a Hospital Concierge to provide non-medical hospitality services in a hospital setting. The role supports patients, families, and staff by responding to non-medical requests, keeping spaces clean, and offering compassionate assistance.

This is a first-shift position with hours 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, five days a week, including weekends, at approximately $20/hour on a weekly payroll. You should have at least a High School diploma and about one year of customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospital Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional non-\u2011medical hospitality services within our hospital. The Hospital Concierge plays a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by responding to non-\u2011medical requests, maintaining tidiness and cleanliness, and providing comfort to patients. This position is ideal for individuals who are attentive, empathetic, and thrive in a customer service-\u2011oriented environment.

Core Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Nursing/Patient Support: Respond to non-\u2011medical requests from patients, nursing staff, and unit secretaries promptly and courteously. Assist patients with basic needs such as retrieving non-\u2011medical items or providing information about hospital amenities.
• Hospitality Services: Maintain a welcoming and caring atmosphere by offering comforting words, a friendly presence, and attentive service. Keep patient rooms and hallways tidy and free of clutter to ensure a clean and pleasant environment. Ensure that common areas on the designated floor are organized and inviting.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and hospital staff to facilitate communication and ensure patients’ non-\u2011medical needs are met. Relay patient feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Compassionate Care: Provide emotional support to patients and their families, offering a compassionate and empathetic presence during their hospital stay.

Shift Schedule

• Shift schedules vary and may include weekends.
• Full-\u2011time is five 8-\u2011hour shifts per week.
• Note that employees will be required to be on their feet for the majority of their shift.
