Job summary

CharterCARE of Rhode Island is seeking a Compliance Manager in Providence to oversee the daily operations of the hospital's Compliance Office and support all facets of the compliance program. The role includes coordinating the 340B Drug Pricing Program, assisting investigations, and ensuring adherence to OIG, CMS, HRSA, HIPAA, and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of healthcare compliance experience, including hospital operations, regulatory compliance support, and audit coordination.
• Knowledge of OIG CMS HRSA HIPAA privacy and security rules.
• Experience with 340B program administration and compliance software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Compliance Office, including calendars, records, policy maintenance, and committee support.
• Support annual compliance work plan, risk assessments, auditing and monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead the 340B Program operations, documentation, recertification, audits, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate auditing and monitoring activities from scheduling to follow-up review.
• Oversee compliance education logistics and LMS administration.
• Manage the compliance hotline and investigations, including HIPAA/privacy incidents.
• Administer the compliance software platform and dashboards.
• Prepare materials for Board and committee meetings.
