Responsibilities

• Operate telephone/switchboard and mailroom equipment; provide patient information to visitors and staff.
• Send codes and messages to doctors and staff via RAVE and monitor Fire/Emergency Systems.
• Assist patients and staff with phone calls; enforce safety and security procedures.
• Provide information to visitors, follow hospital policies on patient information release.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail; maintain mail logs and handle postage operations.
• Support miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
