Job summary

A healthcare organization in Kirkland is seeking a Call Operator responsible for accurately processing incoming calls for hospital and contracted clients. Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Must have excellent telephone skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting is essential.
  • Typing/keyboarding at a minimum of 50 words per minute is necessary.
  • Ability to sit for up to 10 hours in a cubical workstation.

Responsibilities

  • Process all calls within the current service level commitment.
  • Answer and navigate calls with accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy.
  • Record and relay complete answering service message tickets.
  • Monitor and relay designated internal alarms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
