Qualifications

• Ability to develop, validate and standardize clinical education programs.

Responsibilities

• Directing and overseeing training, education and competencies for hospital clinical staff.
• Develops and implements standardized onboarding programs for all clinical staff.
• Creates evidence-based educational materials and policies; ensures alignment with Joint Commission requirements.
