Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Medical Office Representative to join our Tampa Bay team. This full‑time, in‑person role supports front desk operations, handles patient inquiries, processes payments, and schedules appointments across multiple clinics.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in healthcare or customer service, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in physician offices is highly preferred, and you will work Monday–Friday with 7:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts, traveling across

Responsibilities

• Supports front desk operations in a busy physician's office.
• Performs revenue cycle-related duties, including collecting payments.
• Check-in and check-out processes.
• Scheduling appointments and procedures.
• Handling patient inquiries and coordinating with clinical staff.
• Entering orders and using multiple computer systems to manage schedules.
• Maintains accurate patient information and provides administrative support.
• Multitasks, thinks critically, and ensures task completion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
