- Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (may vary)

The Hospital Clinic Coordinator Is Responsible For
- Assists the Site Manager in supporting team members within assigned clinic with scheduling, work assignments and general oversight of all front and back-office activities including patient appointments, conferences, meetings, seminars, insurance billing, assisting with daily deposit, and patient flow.
- Provides training, assists with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintains a professional office atmosphere.
- Handles front desk duties as related to all Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems as needed and/or assigned. Backs up front office team members in any function necessary to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Develops workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Assists in maintenance and revision of Site Playbook. Ensures compliance with clinic protocols, standards, policies and procedures, and/or regulatory requirements. Maintains office equipment in proper working order and reports maintenance issues to management or enters work order ticket for same. Orders and maintains inventory for medical and office supplies. Surfaces and reports all clinical and risk issues through the chain of command and ensures PRISM entry as needed.
- Monitors productivity and ensures compliance with processes and protocols. Delegates tasks based on department needs. De-escalates patient issues and ensures outstanding customer service. Assists with orientation and training of new team members, retraining of existing team members, and training of team members on new processes.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Required 1 year experience in a healthcare delivery setting
