Job summary

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA is preferred.
• Five years of hospital leadership or equivalent in healthcare.
• Rehabilitation or LTAC experience is required.
• Verbal acumen to address public, donors and peers.
• Writing acumen for public reports and correspondence.
• Numerical acumen to evaluate financial data and market analyses.

Responsibilities

• Hospital Operations Management: oversee facility resources and budgeting, manage human and financial systems.
• Participate in operating and capital budgets; monitor budget compliance.
• Develop strategic goals with corporate and market leaders; align plans and outcomes.
• Engage providers and community organizations to raise awareness and referrals.
• Lead with integrity, drive quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report to Division President and execute the board's mission and policies.
