Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's, including hospital operations oversight, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Five years of healthcare management experience, including 2–3 years in senior management.
• Willingness to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings, and nights; holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and ensure high-quality patient care across 150+ locations.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain financial stability.
• Drive marketing, growth and program development in the community and within the system.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and empower staff to meet objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Joint Commission standards.
