Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred Associates degree in Operating Engineering.
• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience with HVAC/Temperature controls and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and resolve requests by using department name.
• Complete preventive maintenance and work requests using proper forms.
• Monitor and operate power plant equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot engineering equipment and systems per manufacturer parameters.
• Operate and adjust Energy Management System heating/cooling schedules.
• Perform building rounds and document data; report issues.
• Other related duties as required.
