Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Cash Applications / Poster Specialist to support the MSO with payment posting, batch reconciliation, and related duties. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will handle payment preparation, posting, and research, balance multiple groups to batch totals, and coordinate with supervisors to resolve issues. A high school diploma or equivalent plus 1–3+ years of relevant experience are required, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant experience.
• 1-3+ years of experience in office, business, operations, customer service or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Payment prep and posting.
• Sign out for payment batch on batch log with time received.
• Prep payment batch before keying by identifying and circling invoices, separating payments by groups.
• Post and post payments, denials, and adjustments to invoices in all groups per protocol.
• Balance all groups back to batch total and sign batch back in with time completed.
• Research payments and pull out items needing further information for follow-up.
