Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years HVAC experience; supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, codes, specifications and diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a large team and maintain discipline and morale.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate carpentry and painting tasks across hospital spaces.
• Schedule staff according to workload to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor daily performance and provide training to staff.
• Lead and potentially supervise teams at multiple campuses or sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
