Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for the South Campus with responsibility for daily operations, staff leadership, and maintenance programs.

The role requires ensuring safe, compliant facilities and coordinating preventive maintenance to support uninterrupted patient care. Full-time rotating shift, alignment with hospital goals and mission, and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years in a maintenance management position, hospital experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of building systems and boiler plants.
• Ability to organize work and direct a wide range of personnel.
• Experience in physical environment, environment of care, life safety and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the South Campus Engineering team to ensure quality of services.
• Maintains operations within fiscal and productivity guidelines of the Hospital.
• Directs South Campus Engineering personnel to achieve department goals.
• Develops annual South Campus Engineering goals aligned with hospital mission.
• Administers programs to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment per regulations and guidelines.
