Allina Health is seeking a skilled carpenter to construct, remodel, and maintain campus buildings in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The role includes reading blueprints, estimating materials, and installing millwork, with responsibility for door hardware and general maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hospital or commercial carpentry experience, with preferred skills in millwork and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience in hospital or commercial environment is required.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and estimating materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry/Cabinet Making: construct, remodel, and maintain buildings on campus.
• Repairs, installs and maintenance of doors, frames, hardware, walls, ceilings, and floors.
• May read blueprints and estimate materials; may install millwork and repair/remodel existing millwork.
• May deal with inventory and keys; maintain lock/key schedules as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
