Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience in hospital or commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, cabinet making and maintenance across campus buildings.
• Read blueprints and estimate materials.
• Construct, remodel and maintain all areas of buildings on campus.
• Ensure work meets regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Install small equipment and repair furnishings.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Perform electrical and general maintenance as needed.
